Live Rota & Real-Time Oversight
We operate a live rota system that provides real-time visibility of care delivery across all services. The system includes realistic Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and travel times, allowing us to plan visits accurately and minimise delays. Through this system, we can:
Monitor staff log-in and log-out times for each visit
Track visit schedules, completion, and travel times in real time
Ensure staff arrive at the correct location on time
E-Login & Quality Monitoring
All staff use our e-login system, which embeds a quality monitoring framework into daily operations. This allows us to:
Verify attendance and accurate visit duration
Record real-time updates on care delivery
Monitor compliance with care plans and procedures
Generate actionable insights for service improvement
Family Portal & Transparency
We provide clients and their families access to a secure family portal, where they can:

Notify clients and families promptly in the event of delays
Share realistic ETAs and updates to maintain robust oversight from the backend
